Our company is associated with a trading company that has offices in China and Hong Kong but more importantly, has people on the ground throughout S.E. Asia.  They have associates in Malaysia, Vietnam and other countries around the world.  

Having engaged people where products are manufactured is very important.  They negotiate and find the right factory to ensure quality and good prices (we work on tight margins), so we can offer the best products to our clientele.  Their hands on approach gives us assurance that is very important when sourcing products overseas.  

The shipping companies we use, are worldwide logistics shippers.  Our company has been shipping products with them for over 20 years now.  They offer a service that we utilize when we source large volumes of goods.  For very modest dollar amounts,  we have inspectors organize inspections on the ground and at the factories. A report is issued for all shipments and these costs are included in all of our quotes.

This is very important for there can be issues where local customs (both at origin and/or destination), have seized goods on the grounds where they felt the quality of product to be substandard.  This can cause some dead freight issues with the carriers and therefore some very hefty extra charges.  With our due diligence you can have the peace of mind from start to finish and acceptance of your goods.
